Charming 42 sq m apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), fully renovated in March 2026, fully equipped, just minutes from the Parc des Expositions. Tastefully decorated, this apartment will offer you a delightful experience in the heart of Parisian life. Warm and very well-equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay as a couple or with friends.
The Space:
Two-room apartment including:
- A living room with a double sofa bed
- A dining table
- Television, Wi-Fi
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washer-dryer)
- A bathroom with a shower (no toilet)
- A separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes the provision of fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
