About this apartment rental

Dear Ms, Mr.

Thank you for your request. It will be a pleasure to welcome you in 175Blo-Paris.

All our accommodations are located in a former printing house completely renovated in 2019 and fully equipped. 
The residence is located in Paris XV, 3 minutes walk from the Metro Convention line 12, and 9 minutes walk from “Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles. From here you will have access to all Paris attractions within 20 to 30 minutes by Metro.

Our “Lofts Duplex” (50 sqm) are on first floor, accessible via a large staircase (no elevator), They have a very large bay window but no balcony. They are all fully equipped, with a Queen size bed in mezzanine and a Sofa bed downstairs (on open space). They have two bathrooms, one of which with a spacious rain shower. All apartments are designed with a smart lighting system that gives you control of a general switch (on/off and scenarios) of the lights from the entrance and from the bedside.

Check-in starts at 3pm check-out at 11am. This is a self check-in automated process via QR Code access badge, so your a free to arrive anytime at your convenience past 3pm. Your private email will be required to send you the QR Code.

IMPORTANT: For your safety, street entrance and residence entrance are both 24/7 with a Digit-Code and public areas such as entrance lobby and corridors have cameras.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need aside from a few exceptions. The location is great - within walking distance of the metro (about 5 minutes), close to supermarkets, boulangeries (highly recommend Artisan Boulanger Pâtissier), cafés, brasseries, boutiques and so much more. One thing we weren’t pleased with is that the apartment sleeps 4 (my husband and I traveled with our children) but we only had one comforter and no extra sheets. I reached out to the property manager but did not receive a response so we ended up having to buy a cover at Monoprix. They had a washer which was great and allowed us to do laundry but there is no dryer. They provide a drying rack but it takes ~ 48 hours for clothes to dry so I would highly recommend they consider adding a dryer. Recommendation: it would be great if they provided information about the neighborhood such as what restaurants, cafés, grocery stores etc. are in the neighborhood. All in all, except for the mentioned gaps, we really liked our stay and the location.
