Welcome to our well-loved home with great charm. Looking for a home away from home, you found it. Our home lives like a primary home - not like any other rental on the market. A true treasure.
The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open floor plan includes living, dining and kitchen w/ bar & bar stools.
Screened lanai is under roof w ceiling fan. Backyard has large patio & separate grill w/ outdoor shower. Dogs love the 2000+ sq ft running space secured with a 6' high fence.
The space
This well-appointed home features, two bedrooms and two full baths with an open floor plan encompassing the living room, dining area and kitchen with a bar and bar stools - perfect for casual dining. The dining area seats four comfortably and has a southern facing picture window, creating a bright and inviting dining experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools for both the cook and the baker - including the option of a Breville convection toaster oven.
The living room is a great gathering room complete with a 60" Smart TV with basic cable and streaming of all your favorites. You can even view while in the kitchen.
