The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- The Pentrez beach, around 3 km long, is less crowded than those of the larger seaside resorts, offering an ideal setting for relaxing.
- Windsurfing, kitesurfing, dip-net fishing
- Hiking: the GR34 runs along the coast to superb coves such as Cameros, passing by spots with breathtaking sunsets.
- Summer market on Monday mornings by the sea (April to September), with local produce, fruit, vegetables, fish and crafts.
- Free Breton concerts and dances on Thursday evenings on the Pentrez promenade
