We offer for rent, in the town of Saint-Nic, this charming apartment less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 20 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a pretty living room of 13 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy a good lunch.

The accommodations are composed as follows:
- A living room of 13 m² with double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, hob, oven, dishwasher
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds .- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our partner on site). In order to benefit from this service, please contact the concierge before arrival.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- A south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
