Peaceful house ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing weekend as a couple.
At the foot of the black mountain and 10 minutes from Castres, 25 minutes from Revel and 20 minutes from Mazamet.

Numerous hiking 🥾 and cycling departures from the house (possibility of borrowing a racing bike).

There is a grocery store and a bar 200m from the house, also open on weekends.

Accommodation:

You can enjoy three bedrooms (1 of which can be converted into a relaxation area, yoga reading 🧘), a gym 🏋️ with treadmill, a children's play area, a cinema 🎦 area with a selection of films and access to the video platforms Netflix, PrimeVideo and Canal +. Possibility to add a mattress in the gym if needed (which would make 4 double beds in total).

A summer kitchen with BBQ 🍖 and rotisserie, a floodlit petanque court and a Nordic bath.

For musicians 🎵 there are two folk guitars 🎸, one of which is electroacoustic with its amp and a piano.

There is also a bar area with a glass of wine and cocktail as well as a wine🍷 cellar with usually local products.
