The villa offers more than 430 m2 of living space spread over four floors and is set on a fully fenced private plot of 1,500 m2, ensuring complete privacy and peace. Guests have access to private on-site parking as well as a children’s playground, making it ideal for families with kids.
The basement is designed for entertainment and socializing, featuring a game room equipped with table tennis, billiards, darts, and table football – perfect for fun evenings for all ages.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room connected to the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor includes an additional small living area with a kitchen and dining table, three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The attic floor offers two more cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dining area with a small kitchen, making the villa especially suitable for larger groups who appreciate extra privacy within the house.
In total, the villa features six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with access to its own terrace or balcony, accommodating up to 12 guests (+3 baby beds upon request). Every floor has its own balcony, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The spacious outdoor area feels like a private resort, with a 43 m2 swimming pool that can be heated, surrounded by 10 sun loungers.
