It will certainly not be difficult for you to imagine a wonderful holiday at Villa Berg!
A 43m2 pool awaits you in the large outdoor area of the villa, where everyone can easily find their place. While you make yourself comfortable on one of the sun loungers with a refreshing drink, the children can run around in the garden. Lunch is already being prepared on the barbecue, the aroma of freshly fried fish fills the air and a covered dining area by the pool invites you to enjoy long, cosy summer evenings. From the basement room of the house, you can hear the winner of the pool game cheering, someone else is losing at the darts tournament. Family and friends gather here to enjoy a wonderful holiday together. And yet everyone has the opportunity to be alone and withdraw from time to time. The bright and modern interior of Villa Berg consists of 4 levels. The games room with table tennis, table football and pool table is located in the basement. The ground floor consists of a living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another small living room, kitchen and dining table, 3 pretty bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms as well as a separate WC. On the top floor there are 2 more comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining area with a small kitchen. Each level has its own balcony where you can enjoy some time to yourself. Looks like you have found the perfect place under the Croatian sun! On the west coast of Istria, between Vodnjan and Pula, lies the settlement of Valbandon, part of the municipality of Fazana. The romantic fishing village of Fazana with its narrow streets and old buildings will immediately enchant you. The long beach promenade with beautiful pebble beaches on the turquoise blue sea adorns the small town, which also has a variety of cafes and restaurants on offer. From here you can take a boat to the famous Brijuni Islands with the safari park or simply drive to Pula, where you can admire the famous amphitheatre, shop to your heart's content, visit museums, concerts or festivals or simply watch the colourful hustle and bustle over a coffee or ice cream sundae.
