- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds, with access to the terrace
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 15x8m swimming pool (unheated and shared with the residence), open from April to October
- A south-facing garden, shared with the residence, to make the most of fine weather
- A 15 m² shaded terrace with furniture
- A second south-facing covered terrace (12 m²) giving access to the shared pool and garden.
The flat is ideally located in Peymeinade, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
