We stayed with a big group for three nights. The beach is walking distance, and there were beach chairs and a cart, very handy. The house has lots of balconies, it really felt like a special beach vacation. The pool and the hot tub were amazing, because they had salt water, and it was such a blast to not have to deal with the chlorine - the salt water pool really made a big difference for all of us. The kitchen and livingroom are big, and again, there are two balconies, one on each side. The ceiling fans helped a lot. Also, the elevator made a huge difference as we were packing and unpacking the food. We had a few minor issues trying to figure out where things are and how they work, but the host, Mike, was very responsive, and looked for solutions quickly. The location is quiet and close to shops and everything. It was a great stay for us. Overall, it was a smooth stay. Everyone in our group felt that the real house was better than on than what they had expected from the pictures.
