We enjoyed our stay very much. House was very clean and roomy. Close to the beach and everything we needed for our vacation. The pool, hot tub, and golf cart were huge bonuses!!

Stayed for a long weekend at the end of September. Because the house was empty we were able to check in early. Very spacious house with lots of levels and decks. Elevator was a great asset when transporting luggage and food to upper floors. Maintenance was the biggest issue. The rugs were dirty and stained and the steps in particular need a good vacuuming and cleaning. All of the bathrooms needed a proper cleaning as the floors was covered with hair. Most of the screens were torn as well so we were unable to open the windows or sliding doors. Many light switches and outlets did not function. Also the kitchen could use some new pots and pans. Would we stay there again? Depends how well it gets cleaned and repaired.
