Level 1 is the lower unit/guest suite - LEVEL 1 IS THIS LISTING and requires descending three floors of stairs to access the unit.
Each unit has its own private entry door (digital keypad) & 1 parking space.
There are no shared INTERIOR amenities.
The only shared EXTERIOR amenities are limited to: parking, walkways, hose at gate for beach rinse and exterior stairs. Similar to staying in a hotel.
Guest access is allowable for a reservation maximum of 2 adult guests.

BOOK A RENTAL VEHICLE! (IN ADVANCE!): Don’t wait until you arrive on island. The island is mountainous and not easily walkable. Uber and Lyft don’t exist here. Taxi fares may wind up being more expensive than a rental vehicle and are not readily available throughout the island. We do not have recommendations of any company. The sooner you book a rental car the better - waiting too long may mean rental companies may be sold out.
