NEW FOR 2026: In the heart of the Massif des Maures, 4 km from the center of the village of La Londe-les-Maures, and 6 km from the beautiful silvery-sand beaches. For nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, relaxation and a change of scenery are guaranteed in this small, detached cottage nestled within the owner’s vineyard (organically farmed, pesticide-free). Hiking trails start right from the cottage, making it ideal for walks or bike rides. The cottage is certified “Accueil Vélo 2026”; a bike storage room is available for your use. It was completely renovated in 2022 and offers all modern comforts, including reversible air conditioning. Access is via a 200-meter unpaved dirt road; private parking is available on-site. A large, shaded 35-square-meter terrace with a relaxation area, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an electric griddle. No Wi-Fi. All utilities included. Included are: cleaning fee, sheets, and towels. The windows are equipped with screens. Main room (first floor): dining area and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, combination oven/microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, 2 electric burners...), a TV area with 2 armchairs, and a sleeping area with a 140x190 cm double bed featuring a privacy curtain. Bathroom with a large shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine.
