On the heights of La Londe, your apartment on the first floor of a villa offers a terrace with a view of the Hyères islands. On a 5000m² plot with swimming pool, mini tennis, summer kitchen and boules court, you have a private entrance. 5 minutes from the village and 10 minutes from the beaches, you benefit from the advantages of the French Riviera in the calm of its hills. A quarter of an hour from Hyères airport and 40 minutes from Toulon TGV station, you reach the whole world.
You are in the calm of the hills of the Massif des Maures while accessing very quickly all the attractions of the Mediterranean.
The apartment is spacious, 31m², and the 11m² terrace faces south.
The apartment is self-contained. It is on the floor of an inhabited villa. He understands :
- a 21m² lounge with TV and wifi, a convertible sofa and a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer), various storage spaces.
- a 10m² bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a large closet.

For fun, the Magic World amusement park at the salt marshes of Hyères (15 minutes by car) offers 40 thrill rides for children (from mid May to the end of August). Free parking.
From the port of Miramar in La Londe (7 minutes by car), you can embark for Porquerolles or Port Cros with the Boatmen of the Côte d'Azur. 30 minutes journey and you will be on the most beautiful islands.
If you are brave and adventurous, you can spend a day at the Verdon (2 hours one way) for rafting, aquarando or canyoning with Haute Provence Outdoor.
