The open plan kitchen and dining area which is bathed in natural light from the balcony doors is the perfect place for you to sit back and enjoy your meals. Whether you are making eggs benedict or taking your hand at making pastries, this Kitchen is fully equipped to take on any adventurous recipes you wish to create.
The lounge area is spacious yet still feels cosy. Why not make the most of the large smart tv and treat yourself to a movie night or catch up on that must see new series as you sit back, relax and sink into the large sofa with Netflix at the end of your fingertips.
When you are ready to totally escape for some much needed rest and relaxation you can retire to the plush bedroom with adjoining bathroom. What could be better than having a soak in the tub before you roll into the softest clean bedding on the king size bed ready to give you the best night`s sleep so you wake up feeling on top of the world.

Skyview Suite boasts off-road parking on a first-come, first-serve basis, as well as on-road parking.
There is access to Bournemouth train station, which is a short drive away, also made accessible by making use of local bus routes which are based from Bournemouth Square.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.
- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18
- Infants will be counted as a guest
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
