Both Beds can be split into two single beds upon request - we will need enough time to make this happen, though, so please give us as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment!

Security: there's a video doorbell (camera and microphone) on the flat's front door, facing the communal hallway, and a CCTV camera covering the car park. There are no cameras inside the flat. A noise-level sensor in the flat measures volume only and doesn't record sound.
