This is your private retreat for the duration of your stay -- full run of the house. This home welcomes up to 2 dogs -- the yard and nearby trails are ready for your pup. Driveway parking is available at the property. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

The drive from San Francisco is approximately 2.5 hours via Highway 101 to Highway 1. Fly into Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, about 1.5 hours east, and rent a car. The Highway 1 drive along the coast is spectacular and worth building into your travel day.
Other Things to Note:
Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.
Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.

Loved the Sun Room and the radiant heating. The home had everything we needed. It was quite comfortable and cozy. The view of the meadow was excellent. We loved watching the deer and birds. It was especially great because it was dog friendly.

The house is lovely. Simple, clean, uncluttered, unpretentious, and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs, place settings and serving ware. Bathrooms had necessary amenities. Beds were very comfortable! The TV was easy to use with our logins on the available apps. Our pup loved exploring in the tall grass and sunning on the deck. We stay in the area 2-3 times a year and this place is definitely a gem!

It was a nicely, renovated home with a lovely sunroom, overlooking the meadow and ocean. Our only complaint is with Vacasa’s listing policy that said “all fees included” when in fact, it did not reflect the owners tax which added more than 40 a night. If you say all fees included that should include the everything.
