🏡🌿In an old renovated Charente farmhouse is a spacious cottage for 8 people "Les Hirondelles" classified 3 stars furnished tourism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It has its own shaded terrace overlooking a large garden and a large swimming pool 🏊🏼
⛱️ Close to the beaches, the beaches of Meschers (15 mins), the large beaches of Saint Georges de Didonne (25 mins), the seaside resort of Royan (30 mins) as well as typical villages such as Mortagne, Saintes and one of the most beautiful villages in France, Talmont sur Gironde.
🏡The cottage is equipped on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, senseo, kettle, toaster, washing machine), a separate living room with 2 sofas and a television DVD player, a wood stove.
A first bathroom with a corner bath, a shower and a toilet. Towels are provided.
🛏️Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed (en-suite bathroom)
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed on the mezzanine
Bed linen is provided
👼🏼Baby equipment: cot, high chair, safety gate
Outside on your terrace is garden furniture and a gas 🔥barbecue which overlooks the garden 🌴and the secure swimming pool🏊♀️ shared with another cottage for 4 people and the owners. The swimming pool is heated on sunny days (night temperatures above 15°)
At your disposal: private parking, swing, slide🛝, bowling alley, table🏓 tennis, deckchairs, adult and children's🚴🏼♀️ bikes, books, and board🎲 games.
Prices:
from 04 April to 30 May 2026: 980 euros/week
From 30 May to 27 June 2026: 1120 euros/week
From 27 June to 11 July 2026: 1400 euros/week
From 11 July to 11 August 2026: 1610 euros/week
from 22 August to 04 September 2026: 1400 euros/week
From 05 September to 11 September 2026: 1120 euros/week
from 12 September to 03 October 2026: 980 euros/week
Reservations are made from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m
The tourist tax consists of 1.25 euros per day for people over 18 years old.
It will be requested on the arrival of holidaymakers
A cleaning package can be offered to you (70 euros). 🪣🧽
On the arrival of the tenants, 2 two security deposits will be requested in the form of a cheque. One of 60 euros for cleaning not done or poorly done, the second of 400 euros for damage (accommodation, equipment, swimming pool). The cheques will not be cashed and returned within a maximum of 7 days after the departure of the holidaymakers.
Remember to bring a holiday or civil liability certificate.
