It was among the first villas built in this ancient fishing village, where the sea is framed between the pine trees and the high ground of Castellabate. The family's beach house remains, with 3 residential units, but the pleasure of welcoming makes it open to guests at certain times of the year.

At 20 meters from the white beach, but also from the rocks, Villa Leucotea has a parking space in the garden, light modern furniture, with blue and green touches, garden with very relaxing green corners, covered outside, for lunch or sunbathing in total relaxation on relaxing chairs, and enjoying a reserved outdoor hot shower. Small lawn, fresh corners at any time of day or night. The house is cool, and faces two sides. Each guest will find "his corner"!

San Marco di Castellabate is strategically located for HISTORICAL TOURS (Paestum, Velia, Pompei ...) SURROUNDINGS (Amalfi Coast, Capri, Acciaroli, Palinuro ...) GASTRONOMIC (Cilento is full of excellent gastronomic destinations and traditional taverns, with excellent typical products. Easily available fresh fish and restaurants that cook it, even 20 meters from home. In town excellent takeaway gastronomy) NATURALISTIC (Licosa island, emerald cave, natural arch) SPORTS (walks, diving with specialized local centers, sport fishing) and SHOPPING (local, artisanal or Outlet at 30 km).

I myself go to the sea on foot, even barefoot, directly in the water!
The walks on foot to Santa Maria by sea and to Punta Licosa along the nature trail are not to be missed.
