A king bedroom on the upper level with built-in wardrobe and TV. A few steps down opens into your own private living area - open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows looking straight out to the lake and mountains. The gas fireplace anchors the room. Step straight out onto the private terrace and the view opens up completely. There`s also a dedicated workspace if you need it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and everything you need for a proper cook-up. Fast WiFi, washing machine and dryer included.
Outside
The private terrace off the lounge is the highlight - a proper outdoor space with seating and uninterrupted lake and mountain views. The complex also has shared BBQ and picnic areas and a children`s playground.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is shared with complex guests and bookable through the Swissbel reception on-site.
Getting here (depending on traffic)
15 minutes from Queenstown Airport by car. 45 minutes to Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak. Frankton shopping centre 10 minutes by car.
On arrival
The apartment is stocked with coffee, tea and milk. Toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Self check-in - full instructions and parking details sent 24 hours before arrival. Please keep the key in the lockbox during your stay and on check-out. For any queries please contact our team directly.
The apartment is located in an apartment complex that is jointly managed by a different company. Please reach out to us directly for any enquiries. Please do not use the Swissbel Suites Pounamu Reception.
Good to know
A few steps between the living area and bedroom - no full staircase. Underground car park to apartment has 16-20 stairs, no elevator. Height restrictions apply for underground parking. Laundry facilities are shared with the neighbouring studio unit at the entrance.

• Outdoor areas are subject to council quiet hours (10pm–7am).
• No amplified sound or music outdoors between 8pm–8am.
