The Space
A two-bedroom home located just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to view of lake & mountains.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with view of lake & mountains.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Two walk in showers. No baths.
Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace, underfloor heating.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, gas cooktop, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
Standard configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 King
Bedroom 2: 1 Super King
Bed configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 King or 2 Single beds
Bedroom 2: 1 Super King or 2 Single beds
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
Guests MUST park in the garage to avoid fines or being towed.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: External/shared stairs only
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Beautiful view and short walk to all the amenities! Shared the space with another couple and lots of privacy re personal bedroom and bathroom spaces.

Great views (!!), fireplace and full kitchen with extras including salt and pepper, coffee, alfoil, cooking oil, along with bathroom items like shampoo and conditioner and a good hair dryer. Easy self check-in. Smart TV with Netflix, with the only thing worth changing being the patchy internet. We had a great stay

The apartment is spacious and well-stocked with stunning views of the mountains and lake. Great location within walking distance of downtown Queenstown. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and a comfortable property. However, there are some significant maintenance issues in the unit which need to be addressed. Smooth check in and check out.
