There’s a bathroom with a bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There’s a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There’s a utility room with a washer/dryer. There’s a sitting room with a TV and electric fire, and a conservatory with dining area. Electric central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for three cars, and an enclosed front lawn with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Windyridge is a lovely family base from which to explore this coastal region. Shop in 2.8 miles, pub in 0.1 mile, beach in 0.1 miles. Note: Access to the property is via 30 steep steps from the car park . Note: This property can not accept bookings within 24hrs of arrival

The quaint little village of Chapel St Leonards is situated on the Lincolnshire coast, seven miles from the popular resort of Skegness. The village centre is bursting with traditional shops, local family pubs and a variety of restaurants and cafes. Each year there is the Chapel Carnival Parade, which includes an array of creative floats and activities on the Village Green, complete with a fireworks display on the promenade. Fantasy Island Theme Park in Ingoldmells is just three miles away, and the vibrant larger resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are worth visiting.
