The property is in a great location at the heart of Whistler village. Check in was smooth and the staff were very responsive to our concerns. But we did have concerns. The portable air conditioner was not working great when we first arrived. Although it was one of the hottest days of the year, the air condition did not have enough power to cool the place down. The staff were able to clear some of the condensation out of it, and I cleaned the vents on the back, which made the unit function a little better. But it was still quite warm. It is also not Whistler's most luxurious stay - the suite is beginning to age - but for the price it was not a bad deal.

Cleanliness is ok. Room has a great size. The wall is pretty thin and can hear the neighbour if they are talking louder than normal. Location is great

front end staff was great. house keeping was lacking and even knocked on our door at 9am to ask if we were leaving when checkout was 10 am. bathroom needs work. door wouldn't close properly and tub was very worn. taps also did not shut off properly.
