The space is fresh and contemporary, with a stylish bathroom complete with a rain shower, plus a separate toilet for added convenience. A heat-pump/air-conditioning unit keeps things comfortable year-round, while the compact kitchenette is ideal for light meals, offering a stove-top, microwave, mini-fridge, and tea and coffee facilities (please note there is no oven). The mini-fridge has a small freezer compartment inside.
Step out to the rear deck where you can enjoy a BBQ in the coastal air. This outdoor area may occasionally be shared with the owner who resides upstairs. Stay connected with WiFi and unwind with the Smart TV after a day at the beach.
With the shoreline just a short walk away, and shops, restaurants and cafés close by, everything you need is on hand. Please note the property is not fully fenced and sits close to the road, so it may be less suited to young children.
There are no laundry facilities available on-site. The nearest laundromat is only 2 minutes away by car.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
