• Outdoor toilet and shower with hot and cold water - perfect for after the beach
• 10 min walk to the beach
• 15 min walk to town
• 5 min walk to Williamson Golf Course and the Community Centre with swimming pool
• Fire place – cosy in the winter
• Great friendly neighbours
• Plenty of walks and activities
• Off-street parking for four vehicles and even room for a trailer boat

Special conditions:
Property rental is for a maximum of six people. Sheets, pillowcases and towels
are supplied. No additional guests staying beyond those booked. No smoking inside. Ask us
about your pets. Deposit of 25% required when booking. Balance due 2 weeks before occupancy off
peak, and 4 weeks before occupancy during peak season. A bond may apply at our discretion. 2 pm
check in, 10am check out. A fee for cleaning of $75.00 is required.

Wonderful home with everything you need! Easy & friendly communication with the owner. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great stay, would highly recommend & would love to stay again sometime.
