The space
Step into a sun-drenched sanctuary in the heart of the city. This quirky and cool mid-century modern inspired home is filled with character, from its high ceilings and skylights to the exposed brick walls. The heart of the home is the expansive open-plan common area, perfect for relaxing all day and getting cozy at night.

Living Area: Unwind in the unique conversation pit surrounding the 360° fireplace, a perfect spot for connection when it’s chilly.
Kitchen: The incredible kitchen features modern, matte black cabinetry and a large island, inviting you to cook a meal at home.
Outdoor Space: Step out onto the private deck to enjoy the comfortable chairs and a barbecue on the grill.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4):
Primary Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen-size bed.
Second Bedroom/Den: Doubles as a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa and the apartment's TV.

The apartment has one TV, which is located in the second bedroom/den with the sleeper sofa.
To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly request that you refrain from using perfumes or body sprays inside the home.
Commercial use (e.g., photoshoots) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire before booking to discuss your needs.
Absolutely no parties allowed. This is a quiet, tight knit residential block, so please be respectful to us, our full time renter, and our neighbors.
Turntables and mounted speakers may or may not be present during your stay, and if they are present, are not available for guests to use (needles will be removed). A WonderBoom Bluetooth speaker is available for guest use.
