About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of Philadelphia Center (Washington Sq West), few blocks from all the historical sites that Philadelphia has offer. Steps aways from Wholefood, Starbucks, Wawa and all the fine restaurants, shops & entertainments on South St. The apartment is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Features 4 bedrooms, 1 King, 2 Queens & 1 full beds. 2 Full bath. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor.
The apartment is very spacious about 2,000 square foots.
One of the bedroom with a Queen bed is surrounding with a large glass walls. Even-Though curtains are provided, this room is brighter than normal bedroom in a daytime. Laundromat is 1/2 blck
The entire 2nd Floor apartment. About 20 steps to the second floor.

What a great house! Thank you for the easy check in and the communication before the stay. Perfect location by The Magic Gardens, and conveniences right there (Italian place across the street was delicious!).

The property was within walking distance of Independence Hall and other sites in that area. There was a Whole Foods around the corner for grocery shopping, Starbucks on the corner and a delicious pizza place across the street. The parking garage is in walking distance and easy to use. We had no trouble unloading and loading the cars in front of the apartment. The stairs can be trouble carrying items if a person has physical restrictions. Had to let the water run for a bit to get warm water, but once you got it, it was fine. The kitchen is small and very little storage for food and it did not have the basics, like a toaster, spatula, cutting board, kitchen towels, but the host informed me before about not having these items in the kitchen when I inquired, and I brought my own. The rooms were comfortable and up to date. We enjoyed our stay very much.
