With its large glass façade, the house offers an open living space bathed in light from morning to evening, allowing you to take full advantage of the rays of the Breton sun! Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms and all the necessary comforts.

- Quality comfort: enjoy the services of a new, healthy and perfectly insulated house (pleasant in summer, cosy out of season). You will find a neat bohemian decoration, quality bedding (2 double beds), a large shower with 2 mixer taps, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, TV and Fibre Wi-Fi for those connected.
- A premium pitch: Leave the car! Bénodet is best discovered by bike or on foot. A supermarket with pharmacy is 2 km away, and a local artisanal biscuit factory awaits you just 350 metres away for your breakfasts.
👶 Special for families:PGJyPg�PGJyPgAre you travelling with a young child? Travel light! We provide you with a travel cot, armchair, high chair, foldable bathtub and suitable cutlery. Do not hesitate to let us know.

- Easy parking: You have 2 private parking spaces adjoining the house. The ideal way to unload your suitcases in peace on arrival!
- Check-in / Check-out: We will be pleased to welcome you in person from 5 pm. Departures are no later than 11 am. A connected lock with a code will then be at your disposal for total autonomy during your holidays. (July/August: weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday).
- Rules of the suspended net: For your safety, this is a relaxation area (4 people max, no jumps allowed, children under the supervision of parents). This is not a trampoline!
- Tranquility of the neighbourhood: L'Escapade is a place of rest. Parties and parties are not allowed. To guarantee the serenity of the place, the house is equipped with a noise/cigarette smoke detector inside, and an outdoor security camera oriented exclusively towards the entrance.
- Accommodation fees: To guarantee optimal comfort, bed and bath linen is offered at €15/person. An end-of-stay cleaning fee is also applied (€80 for a week, €55 for a weekend).
