The Villa Saint Nicolas is located in Benodet, a seaside resort in southern Finistère.
You are only a 7 minute walk from the beach.
You will have all the necessary comfort, in a chic and elegant decoration.
Activities for all tastes: water sports, hiking (GR), thalassotherapy, beach, discovery of the Glenan archipelago...
High quality bedding made in Quimper.
Bed linen included, towels not included.
!! Swimming pool open from April to the end of September!!
Up to 6 people maximum // 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160*200 - 2 beds of 80*200 + 1 sofa bed in the living room 140*200)
Evenings are prohibited. Any noise pollution causing inconvenience to the neighborhood will result in the full deposit being charged.
Arrival and departure only on Saturdays from April to the end of September
Arrival from 4pm, departure before 10am There is no extra charge for cleaning, we clean before each arrival and we ask holidaymakers to leave the villa clean at the end of their stay.

The villa is really nice. Well equipped and modern

The pool and outside space is excellent
The neighbourhood is really quiet and exclusive but is very handy for Benodet. Letty beach is a few minutes walk - pretty much all traffic free paths and the town is 15 or 20 minutes walk also mostly off road
Benodet is a great place with lots of lovely beaches of all types. Parking was easy and free everywhere
