One of the greatest highlights of staying at this property is the full access you will have to the incredible amenities of the Terra Verde Resort clubhouse. The 6,000-square-foot clubhouse is the heart of the community, featuring a resort-style zero-entry heated pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a Tiki Bar and Grill where you can grab snacks and tropical cocktails. For those who enjoy staying active, the resort offers a fitness center, sauna, and a wide array of sports courts including tennis, basketball, sand volleyball, and even pickleball. Families will love the children's playground, mini-golf course, and the private movie theater located right inside the clubhouse. You can also enjoy peaceful walks around the three-acre lakeside trail or spend an afternoon at the catch-and-release fishing lake.
Getting around the area is a breeze, as you are located just 15 to 20 minutes away from the main gates of Walt Disney World and within easy reach of Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the premium shopping outlets of Orlando. To ensure a smooth arrival, please be aware that every guest vehicle must be registered with the resort. Guests are required to purchase a resort access card at the clubhouse for a fee of 25 dollars per vehicle, which provides you with secure entry throughout your stay. Parking is strictly permitted in the designated driveway or open parking spots only, and the resort does not allow the parking of oversized vehicles, campers, or trailers on the property.
To maintain the high quality of this home and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, we ask that all guests strictly adhere to our house rules. There is a firm no-smoking policy inside the property, and we are unable to accommodate any pets at this time. This home is intended only for the registered guests included in your booking, and we do not allow any extra visitors or outside guests on the premises. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or events of any kind, and we ask that you respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours with no loud noise after 10 pm. Finally, we take great pride in our home and expect guests to treat the property with care to avoid any damages. Trash Pickup
Trash collection occurs Monday through Saturday, and all waste must be placed inside the designated "trash bench" at the entrance of each villa before 11:00 AM.
Because there is no curbside pickup, residents are required to bag and tie all trash securely; open, ripped, or leaking bags will not be collected. Each unit has a two-bag limit, and the bench must remain locked to prevent pests from entering. Any excess trash or large cardboard boxes that do not fit in the bench must be taken to the community dumpsters located on Pomano Beach Drive and Madiera Beach Boulevard.
It is important to note that large or bulky items are strictly prohibited from the dumpsters and should instead be taken to the St. Cloud Transfer Station. Noncompliance with these rules results in a $50 fine per occurrence
