Welcome to our “Ferienwohng Dörpnüst” on Langeoog. With its charming Low German name, “Dörpnüst” (“village nest”), it perfectly describes what awaits you—a charming and cozy place to stay where you can completely unwind. With an area of 57 m², it offers plenty of space for up to three guests and is ideal for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea. The fine-sand beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
You’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with a coat rack, which leads into a bright living room with a sofa area and dining area. Here you can spend quiet hours after a day at the beach or a bike ride—watching TV and reading, or sitting together, chatting, and enjoying meals as a group.
Or you can spend your downtime on the nicely furnished balcony of the “Ferienwohnung Dörpnüst”: Comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax and unwind outdoors. A beautiful view of the hustle and bustle of Barkhausenstraße and the spa district creates a wonderful vacation atmosphere!
A separate, well-equipped kitchen is available for self-catering—including a 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. This allows you to prepare your own meals however you like.
The cozy, separately furnished bedroom with a beautiful view of the garden offers a quiet retreat. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). The couch in the living room can be quickly and easily converted into a bed, providing sleeping accommodations for one additional person.
The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror cabinet—as well as a hair dryer and cosmetic mirror—offers additional comfort.
You’ll have free Wi-Fi access to browse the web on your smartphone or laptop.

Enjoy a vacation in a beautiful location at “Haus Barkhausenstraße 26”! You’ll be staying very close to the town center with its small shops, restaurants, and cafés (approx. 200 m). The spa center is also just 200 m from the vacation apartments. The magnificent white-sand beach is about 400 m away. When you arrive on the island, it’s just a short walk from the train station—or you can take one of the horse-drawn carriages waiting there—and you’ll soon reach Barkhausenstraße 26.
Langeoog is one of the most beautiful East Frisian islands in the southern North Sea. Here you’ll discover fine sandy beaches, wide dune valleys, salt marshes, and much more. The car-free environment, the healthy North Sea climate, and a wide range of activities make your stay on the island a true respite for both body and soul.
In addition to sporting activities such as mudflat hiking, beach volleyball, Nordic walking, fishing, horseback riding, and sailing, the 14-kilometer-long sandy beach with its wide dune valleys, meadows, and small woods invites you to explore and linger.
