This is a very beautiful family residence, operated by Pierre et Vacances.

The residence has a large swimming pool and wading pool

There is a very convenient Kiosk/Snack in the residence at very affordable prices located at the entrance to the pool and open from April to October

There is a very well maintained laundry room on site

The location is ideal:

The shops and beaches (200 m) are within walking distance

A sea shuttle takes you to St Tropez from the Port of Issambres in season

You benefit from the presence of a thalassotherapy establishment in the neighboring residence

Ste Maxime is 8 km away, Fréjus is 15 km away, Marseille is 1h30 and Nice is 1 hour 15 minutes away

A small bedroom with 2 single bunk beds can accommodate up to 7 people

The kitchen is very well equipped: microwave oven/grill, air fryer, filter coffee maker and nespresso, dishwasher.

- 1 bathroom with a bathtub
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

There is also 1 toilet separate

You will be greeted by our concierge Alain who will contact you a few days before your arrival. It will be at your disposal throughout your stay.

Cleaning is included in the rental price

Linen is optional: it costs about 15 euros per person per week for sheets and duvet and pillow covers. Alain will be at your disposal to deal with this subject if you wish.

A deposit of 300 euros will be given by cheque - not cashed - or cash to Alain on arrival. The cheque will be returned to you on departure
