Superb

The calm, green, is a very peaceful place... Many trees, flowers... The location is good.

You have to pay extra 45 euro for pillows and sheets, otherwise you have to bring it from home :) They make you clean the house before leaving, based on they checklist of cleaning, basically you have to work on your holiday to leave a clean house, after you paid the cleaning package :( after all these somebody come yo check if it's clean in of, because they hold 250 euros deposit for one week, which we got after 7 days after checkout.

perfect for a nice romantic vacation

The view that we had from our room was astonishing. It was a very, VERY romantic location, and, as a couple, we felt blessed to have this fantastic view from our balcony every monring, when we had breakfast. It was perfect.

We had to walk for a long time to reach the city center: 20-25 minutes

Es war ein entspannender und lustiger Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten den Pool die ganze Zeit für uns und es war eine ruhige, sichere Gegend. Der Besitzer Bruno ist super nett und ab und zu auch dort. Meerblick hat man auch vom Pool aus.:) Außerdem ist man schnell im Ort und mit der Fähre in 20 Minuten in Saint Tropez. Sainte Maxime ist ein supersüßer Ort mit vielen kleinen Läden und Restaurants.

Wir wurden leider vorab nicht informiert, dass wir vor Ort einen Pfand abgeben müssen von 250€ (den man aber am Ende zurück bekommt, sofern alles sauber gemacht wurde). Man sollte also vorbereitet sein. Klopapier war am Anfang leider auch nicht vorhanden. Und wir hatten die Pauschale für Handtücher und Bettwäsche (55€) gebucht und mussten dann noch selber das Bett beziehen.

Tout simplement à refaire, et certainement au même endroit de la location

Pour deux personnes, c’est très bien, le cadre est sympa, la tranquillité facilité de garer le véhicule et accès à Sainte Maxime à pied, super rien à redire

Parfait pour nous relaxer

Situé sur un emplacement calme. Avec le bon temps on a pu profiter de la piscine qui est superbe. Notre voiture était garée à l' intérieur donc à l' abri c'était parfait. Le voisinage au top. Commerce et plage à 20 min à pied au top. Tout pour cuisiner dans le studio. Un vrai Havre de paix

Tout était parfait, studio hyper bien aménagé donnant sur terrasse privée, coin très calme, on s’y sent bien. Propriétaire proactif et l’agence sérieuse, aimable, professionnels.

Die Wohnung liegt auf den Anhöhen von Sainte Maxime in angenehmer Entfernung vom recht chaotischen Stadtgewusel, mit seinem Verkehrschaos und der bekannten StopandGo Strasse Richtung Westen. Gegen einen Aufpreis gibt es einen Stellplatz im Innenhof zu mieten. Die Agentur sowie der Ferienwohnungs Eigentümer waren jederzeit via Mobil à l'écoute. Herr Romuald hat mit wertvollen Tips - auch für Wanderungen unterstützt. Danke

Dass man nach Buchung erfährt, dass der Schlüssel in der Stadt in einem Schlüsselkasten abzuholen ist, und auch dort wieder abzuliefern ist. Vor der Agentur gibt es einen "parking minute" ansonsten besser ausserhalb des Staugeschens parken und die Agentur per Pedes auzusuchen. Ich empfehle Mitnahme von verschliessbaren Gläsern bzw Behälern, denn es fehlt an Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Auf die unangenehme Position der Handtuchhalter im Bad (Lavande) möchte ich, wie meine Vorgänger, nochmals aufmerksam machen.
