The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner. With its prime location and homely feel, this space is perfect for short or extended stays in central London.

- A short walk (≈ 5-10 minutes) brings you to Wimbledon Station, which offers National Rail & Thames link services - ideal for fast connections across London and beyond.
- Multiple bus stops (e.g. Wimbledon Park / Arthur Road (H)) are just around the corner - making local travel by bus very easy. 
- From Wimbledon Station / the District line you get direct and frequent connections to Central London and many other areas, making commuting or exploring the city straightforward.

You will use the entire apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom - no sharing. The flat is located on the second floor (2 x flight of stairs).
Door Lock Codes: The lock box code to access the main building door and apartment door keys is changed at every check-out. You will receive the personal code one day before your arrival.
The door code is exclusively for you to access the building door and your apartment.

Bedding is provided based on the number of guests on the booking. If you require additional bedding, please inform us before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly. Requests made after check-in may incur an extra charge.
Quiet Hours & No Parties
We kindly ask guests to respect our quiet hours and avoid loud music or parties, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents in the building.
Key Security
Please take care of the keys during your stay. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
Just a gentle reminder that you’ll be staying in a home rather than a hotel, so we kindly ask that you treat the space with care. If anything comes up, we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible - though our team isn’t on-site around the clock. Thank you so much for your understanding!
