Modern Apartment in the Heart of London

We had a great stay in London. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—fully furnished and very cozy, with a great sound system as an added bonus. The area is very nice and safe, even when travelling with kids, and it’s well connected to the rest of the city. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. We would definitely come back!

The location near Wandsworth was very convenient, with easy access to public transport, so getting around the city was simple. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the bed and seating area were very cosy, which made our short stay really enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect base for a weekend in London and we would be happy to stay here again.

Collecting the property keys on arrival took a little longer than expected.

Looks fabulous. Loads of space. Convenient.

Shower didn’t drain on first night. Flooded bathroom floor. Had to try to dry it up with bath mats. Staff said we could clean it out ourselves or they’d come and sort it. We said the next day would do but they left the soaking mats in the shower when they did it. Kitchen tap was spraying out from the joint so needed replacing. Also needs some better lighting in the bathroom.

Lokasyon açısından güvenli bir yerde ailece gece 11:12 gibi dönmemize rağmen hiçbir tedirginlik hissetmedik. Otobüs durağına da oldukça yakınında 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedeydi.

Beni en çok şaşırtan olay girerken otelin ilgisi ilk kaldığımız gün hoşgeldiniz var mı bir ihtiyacınız diye yazmaları ancak sonrasında bir daha iletişime geçememiz oldu. Örneğin tesiste yeterince havlu veya havlu kağıt yoktu bunu yazdık sonrasında bulaşık makinesi bozuktu havalandırma çalışmıyordu ki temmuz ayında bu çok önemli bunları belirtmemize rağmen tesisten hiçbir cevap alamadık sonrasında çıkış günümüzde hem bir gün öncesinde hem de aynı gün tesisten nasıl ayrılacağımızı anahtarları nereye bırakacağımızı sormama rağmen yine cevap alamadım bu nedenle de anahtarları masanın üstüne bırakıp çıktım. Metro kullanma açısından da dezavantajlı bir konum vardı metroya yaklaşık 20-25 dakika yürüme mesafesi ve o metroyla şehir merkezine gitmek için de en az 16- 20 durak arasında bir yol gitmemiz gerekiyor metro ücretleri de çok pahalı bu nedenle konum açısından bu açıdan dezavantajlı bir yer.
