Nestled south of Bend, this Luxury Caldera Springs house offers a peaceful retreat for guests seeking comfort and space (sleeps 12). With five bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, bunk, twin, and sofa beds, there’s room for everyone to relax. Three bathrooms include both a bathtub and shower, making mornings and evenings easy for all. The home stays comfortable year-round with dual zone heating and air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a tranquil atmosphere that invites rest and rejuvenation. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this house provides a welcoming space to create lasting memories.
Our home is set against the forest with peaceful views, a hot tub, BBQ & EV charging (up to 40amps. Our charger has the Tesla handle, but you’re welcome to use an adapter or unplug our wall unit if you have your own. Please just re-plug ours when you depart!)
Spacious great room + chef’s kitchen with oversized island great for gathering.
5th BR converted to bonus room (w/pullout for flexibility), bunk room (2 twin-over-queen), and 3 other bedrooms.
We have 6 bikes and helmets that you’re more than welcome to use. Please rehang on the wall when not in use to avoid damage. We're a game family and have many options included on the living room shelves! Blazing fast WiFi to stay connected. Nespresso for our coffee lovers!
Ping pong is also available in the garage along with cornhole and bocce ball (bocce gets crazy in the backyard!)
Access to Quarry Pool, gym & hot tub included (no Forest House).
6 min to Sunriver Village, 20 min to Bend, endless nearby activities incl Mt. Bachelor & the Deschutes River. Family and biking paradise!
