Welcome to Santa Barbara Beach Properties located minutes to the beach - includes two separate single family residences on two corner lots connected through an interior gate. The joint properties are completely enclosed and include 6 bedrooms, 4 baths comfortably sleeping up 12. The homes have each been recently renovated with fine furnishings. The outdoor space is expansive including lawn areas, flagstone patios, two jacuzzi spas, plenty of outdoor furniture, grills.

The two homes are on two corner lots - connected by an interior gate. Total accommodations include 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, with option for an additional sleeping area. The .75 acre dual property provides great outdoor space for family fun including lawn areas, two jacuzzi spas, outdoor lounging, and BBQ grills.
Both homes are well appointed with everything you need for vacation time, cooking, and relaxing. The Beach House includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a completely enclosed fence. The Beach Retreat includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a third bedroom space, again completely enclosed. The Beach House includes updated furnishings, newer kitchen and bath updates including towel warmers in one of the baths, fresh linens, and an EV charger. The Beach Retreat is completely renovated to the studs and includes a master bath suite with heated floors, lit/heated mirrors, and towel warmers. The renovations include a stunning peninsula fireplace, vaulted ceilings with exposed steel/wood beams.
The outdoor space is expansive includes a real lawn on one side (Retreat) and turf lawn on the other (House). Guests will enjoy plenty of areas to lounge or indulge in personal zen. Both properties are encompassed by beautiful mature pines, cypresses, and olive trees as well as tropical foliage throughout. This is a unique and special compound perfect for a large family, or multi-family gathering.
We do welcome pets but they must be approved in advance. Guest is 100% responsible for any damages caused by approved pets. We kindly ask that you keep any approved pets away from the furniture. Or plan on bringing your own blankets to protect the sofas. A hypoallergenic pet cleaning fee is charged for each approved pet.
