About this house rental

If your vacation dreams are made of private beaches, upscale accommodations, and lifelong family memories – go ahead and make your reservation at “Whitefish” before someone else books it! As one of the newest vacation rentals in 30a Florida, this newly built private home is located just off the beaten path of Seagrove Beach, yet close enough to feel the gulf breeze from the balcony. Completely furnished from top to bottom with modern touches; guests will enjoy 3 levels of spacious accommodations including an open concept living & dining area, master suites, and wrap around windows.

​​​​​​​Grab your morning coffee or glass of wine (we won't judge) and enjoy pure peace on one of the front porch rockers or the balcony bistro. For those who prefer a morning view from inside, the cozy reading nook just off the living area is THE spot! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are a breeze to whip up in the fully equipped kitchen while being close to all the goings on of vacation memories being made in the dining and living area.

Just inside from the ground floor foyer is a well-appointed queen suite, complete with private ensuite. The spacious king suite is situated on the third level and comes with its own ensuite as well. Additional bedrooms include a full-sized bed as well as a twin daybed with trundle. These two rooms share the full-sized hallway bathroom.

Down the street is the gated community pool, with plenty of pool loungers and cabana area. Although its less than a 5-minute walk, we recommend adding one of our 4- or 6-seater golf carts during your stay to transport everyone and their belongings to and from the pool and the beach with ease!

*Maximum occupancy of this home is 10 guests.
*There are 6 complimentary beach towels available for guest use.
*Designated parking is assigned for 2 moderately sized vehicles.
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
*2 Dog is Allowed | 30lb Weight Limit | $250 per pet
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent any property with Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals & Sales.
*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
*Guest must agree to sign Paradise30A rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Our family stayed at Whitefish in late July, 2023 and had a wonderful time. The house is truly beautiful, and thoughtfully decorated. The bike ride or walk to the beach was a short block and a half away and you need to experience the fine white sandy beach for yourself. We explored several beaches during our stay and not one disappointed. Several were crowded during our stay so I suggest you arrive early to claim your spot. The house could use a few more cooking utensils and dishware but we managed. Learn to grill using the Big Green Egg as we found that it is quite different than a standard gas or charcoal grill.
