Property was close to beach and close to many local favorites. The house was great and clean. We did have one issue and the property manager took care of it in a few hours. Highly recommend this house for a family of 10 or more

Loved the place, exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for large groups to spread out with 3 floors. Loved how everything was walkable. It was right across the street from beach access and walkable tp pizza, snow cones, grocery, shops, and more!

From the moment we walked into the house we were in awe! The house is immaculate and has so much space for multiple people. Ice maker makes craft ice balls. There were eight of us total and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Literally a mansion in paradise. Walking distance to the beach and updated amenities in the house. The pictures do not do it any justice. I an a stickler for cleanliness and the place was spotlless

After reading reviews, I was confident with the pictures posted but with a beach rental we always know there are some disappointmentsPros: excellent managament company. Responsive and informative - close walk to beach entrance (no bathroom which keeps people away but condo hi rise & thin beach portion make it crowded) - great restaurants each way within 30 min. Publix is 7 min too - air conditioning was on point on all 3 levels even at 71degreesCons: interior desperately needs fresh paint. - couches and 2 side chairs were not clean. we had extra blankets in car toncover them - pool light did not work for night swimming - back door was main entrance with code not front which is super inconvenientOverall a good rental but not great. Only update noticed was new appliances
