About this house rental
Located in a quiet alley, this recent Périgord-style house sleeps 8 people over 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a slipper bath, a sofa bed and a large terrace opening onto a large wooded park. Only 800 m from the Château de Fénelon and close to the Dordogne, it is ideal for relaxing and exploring the Périgord.

This beautiful recently built house combines the charm of Périgord authenticity and modern comfort. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it offers large volumes, bright spaces and a green setting to fully enjoy the region.
On the first floor, you will find a warm living room with TV corner and functional wood stove (wood provided), ideal for convivial evenings. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a pantry with washing machine and storage space, for more practicality. A double bedroom with dressing room and private shower room completes this level, as well as separate toilets.
Upstairs, a landing converted into an office area has a futon sofa bed (140 cm), offering a comfortable bed for two people. An attic bedroom with two single beds creates a cosy atmosphere, while a bathroom with slipper bath, shower and toilet completes this level. A second double bedroom with dressing room guarantees all the necessary comfort. All the bedding is of superior quality.
The house benefits from a large raised terrace, secure and equipped with a table for 10 guests, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or simply relaxing facing the unfenced wooded park. The driveway allows you to park up to 4 vehicles easily, and the quiet and green setting invites you to relax.
Located only 800 m from the castle of Fénelon, the house makes it easy to discover the Périgord and its surroundings:
Château de Fénelon (800 m): a historic castle surrounded by a pretty park, perfect for a cultural walk.
The Dordogne (5 min by car): swimming, canoeing, fishing or simple walks along the river.
