This modern home sleeps 8 guests and features two lake-facing king bedrooms with sunset views. A queen bedroom overlooks the sunrise and bucolic meadows. There are two full bathrooms and additional sleeping options for flexibility.

Upstairs, a dedicated workspace offers a comfy area for reading and working remotely while enjoying the lake.
Outdoor Living and Lake Access
West Wind Farm offers direct access to Lake Champlain for swimming, shoreline exploring, or making s’mores by the fire ring. A lakefront deck with comfortable seating provides front-row views of blazing sunsets, followed by quiet nights and open skies.
Guests may bring their own kayaks, paddleboards, or bicycles to explore the shoreline and island at their own pace. Isle La Motte’s low traffic and peaceful roads make it especially enjoyable for biking and walking.
Recreational equipment is not provided. Canoes and kayaks can be rented locally at Hero’s Welcome in North Hero.
A Place with History
Isle La Motte is the northernmost Lake Champlain island and is known for its calm atmosphere, natural beauty, and slower pace of life. The island has a remarkable geological history and sits atop the Chazy Fossil Reef, recognized as the oldest known fossil reef on Earth. Guests can visit the nearby Fisk Quarry Preserve, where ancient marine fossils are visible in the stone. Other local attractions include the historic St. Anne’s Shrine and the Isle La Motte Winery. Connected to the mainland by bridge, Isle La Motte is conveniently close to the area’s many restaurants, the Lakewood Links Golf Club, and the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge. And if you should also want the attractions of a vibrant city, Burlington, Vermont and Montreal, QC are just an hour’s drive away.
