We had our third annual girls scrapbook weekend and it was spectacular as usual. Beautiful views, spotless house and the best hosts. We will be back next year for our fourth annual trip!!

My daughter, son in law, baby granddaughter and I had a wonderful visit at this lakeside property. The location could not be better-right on Lake Champlain with a private beach. Although the weather was a little chilly for swimming we had a wonderful time on the spacious lawn and playing on the sandy beach. The hosts could not have been kinder-showed us all the fine points of the house even though we arrived very late and had a nice chat about the island the next day. Be sure to bring your own groceries as the island just has a small store. The flat topography makes it perfect for lakeside walks, runs or cycling. Saint Anne’s shrine is a must see-beautiful and so peaceful.

We stayed here for the 4th time as a family. It's just the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing, quiet vacation. Jim and Sally are the perfect hosts and cater to any needs you may have.
There is grilling on the Blackstone and kayaking and fishing on the lake full of large and small mouth bass (3 and 4 pounders) . The house is stocked with everything from beach towels, to family games, TV (which we never turned on!). Just so beautiful to wake up to the lake view and sandy beach. Great island to bike around too. Very quiet road in front of house. Can't wait till next year!
