Veranda sul Mare is a simple and cozy beachfront cottage, perfect for vacations in Porto Cesareo cuddled by the sea breeze, just a stone`s throw from the most beautiful beaches.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven and ceiling blades. The garden offers parking space and outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the beaches.

The
cottage stands in a quiet spot, surrounded by the Mediterranean machine
that perfumes and makes green the cliffs just in front of the entrance
veranda. Just a few steps and you`re on the beaches of Punta Prosciutto,
a residential resort on the coast of Porto Cesareo.
In addition to the beachfront veranda that gives the house its name, there is also a garden with a green, shady hedge under which you can dine al fresco.
The
interior of Veranda sul Mare has an entrance to the living room,
furnished with a dining room, sofa, fireplace and TV. There is then the
kitchen, also accessible from the outside.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds. One of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room. The second shower room completes the house.

Veranda
sul Mare is a small villa located in a scenic spot, an area dotted with
small villas right on the cliff facing the sea. The scent of the sea
awakens the senses every morning, while the horizon offers unforgettable
sunsets that are different every day.
The house is just a
300-meter walk from the world-famous beach of Punta Prosciutto, about as
far as the beach of Palude del Conte.
All the main services can be reached by car in a few minutes, both in Torre Lapillo and Torre Colimena.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 68 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
