High quality, tasteful decor - four bedrooms, three bathrooms - quiet, sea nearby location
The Villa "Dolce Vita" is located in a quiet, rural setting on the edge of the nature reserve "Le Saline" above the village Specchiarica, just a few minutes from famous and lively seaside resort of San Pietro in Bevagna. The turquoise, crystal-clear, shallow sea is considered one of the cleanest of all Italy and is therefore particularly well suited for smaller children.
The stylish 'Villa Dolce Vita' on a private estate with directly adjoining olive grove and open location with sea views offers all the amenities.
From a welcoming and generous input / living room (25 square meters), you can reach the rest of the room. The single storey villa (130 square meters) consists of four double bedrooms (all 16 sqm each), three new bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink and a practical hot-water outdoor shower. There is room for up to eight guests. Aircondition to be paid extra depending on personal consumption
In the open, spacious kitchen you will find a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Italian and German coffee machine ...
One fireplace and a pellet stove allow heating at less warm days. For the hot season all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. (extra costs 0,40 cent/kwh)The living area offers retreat for reading, watching TV (Astra and Hotbird), listening to music, playing games and chatting.
The most popular dining seats are safely outside on the south (80 sqm) or North Terrace (35 sqm) as well as on the roof terrace (130 square meters); everyone will find, depending on the individual wishes to be shady / sunny and / or wind quiet place to stay - with sea, Olivenhain- or 360-degree views. The breathtaking sunsets with a cool glass of sparkling wine or typical local Primitivo best enjoyed from the rooftop terrace. From the terraces you have fantastic views of the green, unspoilt surroundings. A large barbecue on the terrace the house invites you to enjoy the delicious italian fish and meat.
Around the house you will only see vineyards, meadows and olive groves - an ideal place to relax.
On the property you will find enough garden and patio furniture and sun loungers.
The wonderful, protected natural sandy beach on the crystal clear Ionian Sea can be reached in just a few minutes. Very close long to our villa you have sandy beaches of different character along the entire coastal section between Porto Cesario and Campomarino . This offers especially in the high season each guest the opportunity to choose between very lively and still quite quiet beaches.
This home offers plenty of space, embedded in a Mediterranean nature in complete tranquility - and only about 1 km meters from the beautiful natural reserve Saline di Monaci. An ideal place to enjoy some very relaxed holidays in the beautiful south of Italy

Beautifully clean and superbly equipped villa. Aircon and everything all working perfectlyLovely welcome and owners were very helpful via WhatsApp if we needed anythingBeautiful olive grove surroundings and roof terrace views, and an easy 20min walk down to the beach with a couple of bars/restaurants, a small shop and a newly opened deli al nearby. Good swimming in the various sandy sections and often nobody else nearby in SeptemberAnother review mentioned cameras. There are some outside and in the hall for security while the property is empty, but we were shown the disconnection of these on our arrivalWe had an amazing few weeks and would happily stay again. Thank you Claudia and Gerrit :)

Hosts were super helpful and available by txt or phone if needed.
You need a car and a little patience with the Italian roads (and drivers) but really well located if you are OK to travel 30-50 mins

Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen im Haus von Claudia sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet in den heißen Sommermonaten einen schönen Schattenplatz und von der Dachterrasse aus sieht man das Meer und abends den Sonnenuntergang. Claudia und Gerrit standen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall hilfreich, um die tollen Ecken Apuliens zu erkunden.

Sehr ansprechendes Haus, mit vielen Freisitzmöglichkeiten. Auch bei großer Hitze findet sich zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um diverse Städtchen oder Strände anzufahren.
Meerwasser sehr sauber und fast tropisch gefärbt und klar. Leider zu Fuss zu weit - ca 1.2 km - zumindest Fahrrad nötig.
Badeausflüge zu sehr schönen Stränden wie Stadtstrand Gallipoli empfehlenswert.
