Rustic loft with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with electric fireplace, pool table and BBQ. Open concept loft.
Built in a cottage on a small private lake, with beautiful windows including a beautiful large balcony overlooking the lake and a large private lot.
We offer radiant floors, a full industrial style kitchen, 2 beautiful bathrooms with a ceramic glass shower, a washer/dryer front, 1 smart TVs, FREE WIFI.
Outside, there is a spa, outdoor fire pit and outdoor furniture, picnic tables, dock, paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks (all of this can be shared with other units in case of simultaneous rental).
We offer shampoo and conditioner, we also provide your first cup of coffee every morning of your stay. We offer all bed linen and towels.
We have a private lake in front of the cottage that only our guests can use, we have a nice dock where you can swim or sunbathe. Our guests have free access to paddle boards and a paddle boat, and we also rent kayaks. Our guests have access to two outdoor fireplaces, one at the front of the cottage next to the lake, and at the back of the cottage where you can make a bonfire in the summer or winter.
Traveler Access
You have access to the entire loft, private lake, garden, and hot tub, which can be shared. (Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the spa. (Please note that this is a spa and not a pool)
Other things to note
**You chose this place to have a rustic experience different from anything else you will experience at home, we have carefully chosen all the material, that is: (barn wood and old wood that is scuffed and usés.si you are not comfortable with rustic environments, this is not the ideal place for you. We have 2 water tanks for the whole building. If everyone is using the water at the same time, the hot water is not unlimited as we are in a rural environment.
**WATER: The water in the cottage is connected to an artesian well. All sinks have a P-Trap that creates a barrier to prevent odors. However, the water in our area is low like the majority of water located in Canadian regions. The water is drinkable and non-toxic
You will have at your disposal a shovel and sand or salt with non-slip gravel if needed. You are used to cleaning the snow during your stay. Our team will clean the snow after a snowstorm. Again, we cannot control the weather and the end of a snowstorm either.
Our property is located in a country where we have a long and intense winter. It is beautiful, however, these are a few constraints that we ask you to keep in mind and be aware of.
PETS
1 or 2 dogs per booking may be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving, as well as an additional cleaning fee of 30 $ per dog per day.
WHAT WE OFFER
We have a regular coffee machine, we provide the filters, one cup of coffee per day of your stay. We also offer salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil.
OTHER REMARKS
We also offer on-site wood for the fireplace, and a vending machine with sodas, energy drinks, chocolate bars, crisps and peanuts.
