I am not the biggest fan of self service apartments, mainly because it is usually hard to get hold of help when needed. This is the exception. Faster than lightning, to the point, kind and efficient - many a hotel would be lucky to have this kind of service or front desk staff. Location in quiet neighborhood, for an European within easy walking distance to downtown - Bytown market, Rideau Street, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Spacious, at least the living space and kitchen. Stayed for a week and was glad we chose this.

They went for big beds, but honestly too big for the size of the bedrooms. Which means there is hardly space to walk around the beds, and in the master bedroom the huge bed is too low to the ground for comfort, and it is easy to numb into the sides when you attempt to access the wardrobe. In the smaller room there is no space to leave your suitcase, at least not when you like to access it regularly. Walls are thin; even normal conversations from people upstairs can be heard, if not exactly understood word for word. So if that's an issue will depend on who are your fellow guests. Heat control is tricky. It's done centrally (remote), but here the different size of living room and master bedroom comes into play. The living room can still be chilly at 21C, while you are suffocating in the bedroom.
