Safety Note: This home features an open-concept loft and ungated stairs overlooking the living area. Additionally, the property offers direct, unfenced access to the lake. The home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for children under 13
Parking: Ample parking is available in the driveway; however, the garage is not available for guest use. An exterior Ring camera is located at the front door and monitors the entryway only. This device records audio and video 24/7 for security purposes

Beautiful neighborhood! I walk eneryday and really enjoyed the golf course views and the workout i got from all the hills. It was an easy 2 hour drive to Topsail Beach from the house too which was perfect.
