This comfortable and convenient home is close to downtown Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay. Enjoy restaurants, grocery stores, and shops all within a short drive.

There are enough living spaces for the whole group here including a loft with a home office and backyard with outdoor seating and a fire pit!
This home is on a quiet street in a beautiful area just south of Raleigh near Holly Springs, Fuquay, and a quick drive to Apex and Cary. It’s so convenient to everything but also tucked away in a wooded area with peace and privacy.
4 Bedroom Layout:
★ King - upstairs
★ Queen - downstairs
★ Queen - downstairs
★ Two twin beds (trundle bed replaced with 2 twins) - upstairs
★ 2 Full Bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, in between each set of rooms for ease of shared use for groups!
Cook a delicious dinner in your fully stocked kitchen, or eat out at one of the many restaurants within a short drive away.
When you stay here, you’ll take in all the charm and coziness at your home-away-from-home.

The entire home is yours with no shared spaces and a convenient key code entry.
We’re always available by phone if you need anything or have any questions.
The home is on a quiet and safe street near the cul de sac. Although tucked away, you can also be on the highway towards downtown in just half a mile! You will find the drive and neighborhood full of towering, beautiful mature trees.
There are plenty of parks and restaurants around, and you have quick access to all Cary, Apex, Fuquay, and Holly Springs have to offer.
Bring your own vehicle(s), or you can always use Uber / Lyft at the click of a button.

When you live in nature, nature lives with you. This home is surrounded by mature trees, and although we have routine pest control, an occasional critter may make its way inside, and this is not 100% preventable. If this is a major concern, a listing less in nature may be better suited for your stay.
Please treat the home as your own, and use my motto `leave a place better than you found it.` Please also treat our neighbors as your own.
Bring your own firewood if you plan to use the fire/fire pit.
We use two security cameras to monitor the exterior of the house.
No smoking inside or on front or back porch and no smoking marijuana, it`s illegal in NC ($200 fine for either)
Park in driveway only (3-4 car max and no street parking allowed)
No guests other than those booked without prior approval
Must be at least 25 years old to book (picture ID required after booking)

Our family had a wonderful stay at the "Charming 4BR Family-Friendly w/Backyard" home in North Carolina! The property was exactly as described—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The layout worked perfectly for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a cozy common area where we could unwind together.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the backyard gave us cause to return in the summer. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and family attractions.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell real care goes into keeping this home guest-ready.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way—cleanliness, comfort, location, and hospitality. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in North Carolina!

My siblings and I along with our spouses came in from NY,Alabama and Charlotte to surprise my father for his 87th birthday. My father lives is Fuquay so this was a perfect location. We were not far from Dad and just minutes from anything we would need! The house is tucked away in a cozy neighborhood which is very nice.
