About this house rental

Casa Bienes has been family-owned for decades and has been extensively restored. Great care was taken to preserve the original structure of the house.
The 250-square-meter property is completely fenced in and, thanks to its hillside location, offers a beautiful view of the rugged coastline and the Teneguia Princess Hotel.

Since the driveway to the house is quite steep, we recommend renting a car with decent ground clearance and some horsepower. The owner always leaves the gate open so you don’t have to stop on the incline (or you can park away from the house).

Due to its hillside location, the house is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Casa Bienes:

The house’s wild, overgrown garden gives it its own unique charm; a grill and a marble bench in the shade invite you to relax. A small table with two chairs offers a lovely spot to wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a panoramic view of the south coast.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped, and one wall has been left in natural stone. Decorative elements, such as an old sewing machine or an old spinning wheel, are skillfully showcased and enhance the house’s original character. Two old carriage wheels have been repurposed into a bench. On the wall, old photographs depict Fuencaliente from earlier times and shortly after the volcanic eruption. The kitchen offers direct access to the garden.

The bedroom has its own TV and a large built-in closet. It faces south and therefore offers a beautiful view of the sea.

The living room, with its beautiful mosaic floor, has direct access to the garden, offering a view of the greenery from the sofa. A small, swivel-mounted flat-screen TV has been mounted on the wall. An old wooden chest serves as a coffee table. A small sliding door leads to the small bathroom with a shower and toilet; here, too, the house’s original natural stone wall has been preserved.

Another bathroom with a shower and toilet is located diagonally across from the bedroom.
