Experience a magical getaway in our charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. Filled with enchanting Disney details, two of the rooms are dedicated to Mickey and Frozen, set to captivate the hearts of children and adults alike! Comfortably hosting up to 8 guests, this sun-drenched residence is located in the heart of a premium gated community in Orlando.

Guests will check themselves into their house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door.
*Please place all garbage in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before disposing it in the trash bench by the front door (no loose trash allowed).
*Daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning service are available for an additional fee upon request. Please, contact us for more information.
*No smoking allowed on the property.
*No parties allowed on the property. Penalties for violation of policy may apply.
*Minimum age for the person renting the property is 21.
* Pets are allowed at additional fees.
* No gym access
Orlando Fun Rentals provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo, and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest; one (1) 13 gl garbage bag.
Linens and towels, however, it is the responsibility of the guest to wash them after each use because we do not provide new linens or towels for longer stays.
There are restrictions for pets, please contact us before bringing your pets and making a reservation.
